Where can you use permaculture?

Well a permaculturist would say "everywhere!" but why would                        they? Indeed since permaculture is a design methodology                               and not just a system for agriculture, its lessons can be learnt                          by industrial and economic systems as well. So in these three core competencies of civilisation that humanity depends upon, permacultural principles can be applied to make these systems sustainable so we can depend on them to provide for us for generations to come, rather than face the spectre of apparent extreme resource depletion that we do today. So permaculture can really be applied everywhere, provided you take the time to look for how it can be applied and are prepared to make the changes.
